Method
- 1. Wash the raw peanuts thoroughly.
- 2. Add the peanuts to a pan and stir in the oil.
- 3. Stir fry on medium-low heat until peanut skin turns light brown in colour.
- 4. When the peanuts starts to give a popping sound, add in the salt and continue to stir.
- Finish when peanut skin turns brown in colour.

Crispy style: Bake at 220°C for the last 5 minutes.

Asian-inspired: Add ½ tsp sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds after baking.

Mediterranean: Add oregano + a splash of balsamic vinegar.

Vegan “buttery” version: Toss with 1 tsp nutritional yeast before baking.
